The writing was really on the wall....................
- 13.5M euros professional assessment for building repairs and only 1.35M euros awarded
- Now we have another 2M euros +++++ for ongoing maintenance! - more like 4M in reality. Only 250K euros budgeted!
- And increased substantial BAD DEBTS yet to be budgeted.
